Shipping Policy

Bactraban Shipping Policy

At Bactraban, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We partner with The Courier Guy, South Africa’s leading courier service, to ensure your products are handled with care.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.

Standard Eco Road 3–5 Business Days Depends on Weight. Starts from R105,00.
Major Centre Express 1–2 Business Days Depends on Weight. Starts from R120,75.
Regional/Outlying 5–7 Business Days Depends on Weight and Area.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or remote locations.

Order Cut-off Time

For same-day processing, please place your order by 12:00 (12 PM) SAST, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your The Courier Guy tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on The Courier Guy website.

Delivery Areas

We ship to all physical addresses within the borders of South Africa. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure a person is available at the delivery address between 08:00 and 17:00 to receive the parcel.

Damaged or Lost Items

Bactraban is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
