Bactraban Refunds & Returns Policy
At Bactraban, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or incorrectly shipped.
- Issues must be reported to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns cannot be made in exchange for a different product.
How to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Item
To initiate a return:
- Retain the original packaging.
- Contact us at enquiries@bactraban.com or 082 782 9456.
- Provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Return Instructions
- If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging.
- Returns must be prepaid unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or a bank account of your choosing within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping charges will only be refunded if:
- We sent the wrong item, or
- The item was defective upon arrival
Please include your bank account details if you prefer a direct deposit refund.
